The 50 gal. Vertical Co-Axial Direct Vent Manufactured Housing water heater is designed and certified for Manufactured Home use. This unit meets ANSI Standards for modular home construction and complies with HUD safety and construction standards. The vertical co-axial direct vent design allows for both combustion and exhaust through the roof. Roof jacks must be ordered separately with this direct vent water heater and installed in a accordance with the instructions furnished with the heater. No other roof jack or vertical vent kit is approved for installation with this heater. The unit is come with a field convertible gas valve for either Natural or Liquid Propane gas. Unit is shipped from the factory set up as a Natural gas unit.
